Sometimes your package is already closer than you think, waiting at a local post office, parcel station, or even with a neighbour. To make sure your order reaches you smoothly, we recommend checking your delivery status by following the steps below.

 

1.   As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

2.   Inside this email, you’ll find your personal tracking link, including a tracking number (for example: XX123456789DE).

3.   Click the tracking link to see where your package is and follow its journey to your door. If the link isn’t clickable, you can also visit www.dhl.de/en/ and enter your tracking number manually to view the latest status.

4.   If you’re located outside Germany, you may notice a button labeled “Shipment tracking in foreign countries”. This will guide you to local tracking details.

5.   There, you’ll find helpful updates and notes from your local delivery partner, including delivery attempts or pick-up information. If the link isn’t clickable, you can also visit the website of your national post and enter your tracking number manually to view the latest status.
