Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Germany: Premium Shipping (with tracking link). Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days from the time your order is dispatched.

Europe: Premium Shipping (with tracking link). Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days from the time your order is dispatched.

International: Premium Shipping (with tracking link). Delivery typically takes 5 to 14 business days from the time your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control. 

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link that allows you to follow your delivery in real time. You can also access your tracking information at any time by clicking the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

For shipments outside of Germany, once the package reaches the destination country, please select “Shipment tracking in foreign countries” to continue tracking its progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us due to non-payment of these charges, both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the reimbursement. Please consult your local authorities for more information about Customs, Duties and Taxes.

We are unable to mark orders as “Gift” to bypass customs.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
We cannot make changes once the order has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Abandoned packages

Please ensure that your package is collected promptly if it is delivered to a pick-up station.If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the reimbursement.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is delayed or tracking has not updated for 15+ days, please contact us and we will assist. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will refund your order.
